Dr. Christopher Zwiercan
Dr. Zwiercan provides comprehensive and cosmetic dental treatment to all of his patients. Whether it’s a small filling on a back tooth or a full set of veneers, he takes pride in his attention to detail to achieve an esthetic and functional result for every procedure.
Don't tell anyone, but he's a secret nerd that consumes continuing education materials to stay on top of cutting edge techniques. As such, he offers "tried & true" treatment modalities with a modern twist to optimize outcomes and patient comfort!
Dr. Zwiercan is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago: College of Dentistry. While at UIC, Dr. Zwiercan honed his craft and was awarded the “Gould Memorial Scholarship” by the Dean, Dr. Sue Rowan, in honor of clinical and academic excellence! Outside of private practice, Dr. Zwiercan devoted 8 years to his Alma Mater as a Clinical Assistant Professor where he shared his wisdom and experience to give real-world context to the principles the students learn in the classroom and the clinic.
As a fitness- and Chicago sports- enthusiast, Dr. Zwiercan was a member of the Academy of Sports Dentistry and has forged relationships with some of the city’s professional sports teams. He has served as an on-call dentist for the Chicago Bulls and was particularly honored to be recognized as the official team dentist for the Chicago Fire professional soccer team.
Nowadays, you will likely find him at the New Lenox LA Fitness where he religiously spends his lunch breaks. Following the lead of Dr. Kulig, he also gets coached by Golf Pro, Bob Schulz, at Sanctuary Golf Course.
Currently, Dr. Zwiercan lives in Homer Glen with his wife, Nicole, who is a former Village Trustee, Registered Dental Hygienist, and recent Mrs. America title holder. Together, with their son Cristiano and their daughter Ashlynn, the Zwiercans love going out to dinner for family dates or going to Emagine Theater for movie night. Saturdays are typically spent cheering on Cristiano at travel baseball games. Sundays are for Church and preparing for the week ahead.
As they’ve navigated Ashlynn’s diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy, the Zwiercans have become champions for both children and adults with different needs and have embraced opportunities to collaborate with Special Olympics Illinois, the Cerebral Palsy Foundation, Unlimited Playgrounds, as well as the Center for Independence to advocate for inclusivity and accessibility in their communities. In their spare time, Dr. Chris and Nicole go out with friends for a nice dinner. Most evenings end with a good movie or maybe 9 episodes of the TV show, Suits.
Jodi Davis, RDH
Jodi has been a dental hygienist for 35 years! In this time, she has mastered the art of putting patients at ease. In fact, she says, "What I love most about working for CZ Family Dentistry is the close relationships I've formed over the years with our patients. I thoroughly enjoy putting smiles on their faces each time I see them!"
Jodi has been a proud New Lenox resident since 1971 and together with husband, Wayne, they've been married for 27 blissful years. As fixtures within the New Lenox community, they've raised 3 grown kids - Katie, Kevin, & Kelli.
When Jodi isn't at work, she loves family time, outdoor activities, and traveling the world. Most notably, some of her favorite experiences include exploring Australia, Singapore, and Europe to name a few... When she's not at the driving range surprising her son with long drives, she might be found baking delicious treats with her daughters.
You're always in good hands with Jodi and patients invariably leave their appointment with a new friend-for-life.
Sally Trzcinski, RDH
Sally has been a hygienist for 34 years! She hails from Oak Forest, but currently lives in Monee with her husband, Scott. They have 3 boys - Zac, Tyler, & Seth. It's such a joy to see how their sons' personalities and adventurous interests reflect those of Sally & Scott.
Outside of the office, Sally enjoys camping, hiking, and travel. Door County is one of her favorite locations to do all of the above! Most recently, she was fortunate to explore Spain and Germany with Scott and friends for a destination wedding!
Bonus Fact: Sally bottles up some of the finest artisanal pickles!
Sally has loved working on the CZ Family dental patients for the last 24 years. She is so grateful for the long-term relationships she has made with her patients! Trust me, once she cleans your teeth, you'll be loyal too!
When she's not caring for our amazing patients, you might also find her outside refilling the bird-feeder. Bottom Line: she cares for others :)
Sue Fox, DA
Sue is our Dental Assistant Extraordinaire! She has been actively involved in dentistry for 30 years and boy does that experience shine through her disarming chair-side manner. Sue LOVES connecting with our patients and her extensive knowledge of 80s rock music trivia is a great ice-breaker for even the most anxious patient. Even better, she's a Seinfeld Buff!
As a resident of the New Lenox area for most of her life, it's not uncommon for a new patient to be a familiar face to our extroverted assistant. She is also a proud and loving mother to children Justin & Alyssa.
Thankfully for the rest of us, Sue is superbly tidy and detail-oriented. Whether it's cleaning up after the doc or changing out our seasonal decor, she makes sure the office runs like a well-oiled machine and looks the part as well.
PS. She makes the best temporary crowns in town!

Laura Jacques, Office Manager
Laura is the warm, bright, bubbly face that greets our friendly patients as the initial point of contact at the front! She has been involved in dentistry since 1982! After decades helping doctors provide top-notch care as a Certified Dental assistant, CZ Family Dentistry is lucky to have such a lovely new recruit!
Laura lives in Peotone with her husband, Tom. They've been married for 40 years and haven't skipped a beat! Together, they enjoy spending time with their granddaughter and traveling to California to spend time with their grandson.
Laura loves her weekly yoga sessions to stay fit and healthy. She also helps her community by serving on the parish council as secretary for their local church.
In her spare time, Laura is a phenomenal baker and occasionally spoils us with delicious, home-baked apple cinnamon cake or zucchini bread.
